Online education is defined as a delivery of educational courses which uses a wide range of educational and telecommunication tools including satellite and web-based technologies. It integrates meaningful techniques for online course design with grounded instructional strategies in order to enhance online students learning outcomes (OSLO). This mode of delivery features a Learning Management System (LMS) with synchronous and/or asynchronous modes of communication.
